movie naming strategy

How is the name of the movie determined? So far its gotten 2 out of 3 movies wrong when I am using it with the uttorrent script. Is it even looking at the NFO file or the folder name or is it mainly looking at the video file name?

It's using all ways of figuring it out that you can think of.
What's the filenames? Where is the nfo located? imdb/tmdb from nfo always has priority though.
