License not received (mistyped email address)

I paid for a license and did not receive an email. The email may have been typed wrong, how do I get the license now?

Please contact Paddle so they can help you look up your Purchase Number using your name and payment information:
https://paddle.com/support/contact/

Once you have your Purchase Number, then I can look up your license and re-send it to you.


EDIT:

Mail server logs show only one recent error. Is this you?

I still have not received my license. My email address has been updated. Could I please get I refund since I am unable to use this software.
