hi when ever there is a new tv show aired is it possible to get a notification on your phone like a sound so you dont forget its there?

The amc script has a notification feature (e.g. PushBullet) that'll notify you about processed files.

Not really, the amc script doesn't check for new episodes, it just processes newly downloaded files, which may or may not be what you're looking for:

Basic command-line skills are helpful if you want to use the amc script.
