Link-Drop in folders - FileSystemExecption

Post by melonboy »

Renaming folders through the GUI and getting this popup error.

"FIleSystemException \\102.168.1.200\path A required privilege is not held by the client"

Funny thing is that if I close the popup and check the folder it has been renamed.

Can you run it with a console and send me stacktrace?

Will do!

Can I perform the same function function via the CLI targeting a folder containing multiple movie sub-folders?

Thanks!

Sure. If it's all movies -rename -r path/to/movies should do.

Thanks!

Tried again with the GUI on a 32bit W7 machine and it worked flawlessly. I have another 64bit lying around and see if I can reproduce the error.

Tried again on another 64 bit and it worked fine, must have been an issue with the install.

Thanks!
