I have paid twice and would like one payment cancelled

Hi,

I paid for a licence (great product, thanks) but never got the licence file. Read around the site a bit, found that I am using one of your NOT recommended email providers, namely iinet.net.au. Then I tried to register for the forums so I could PM as suggestedin this situation, of course again I never received the relevant email to activate my account, as I had to use the same iinet.net.au email address for registration.

All too hard, so I then used my gmail account (yes I should have used it in the first instance) to get another licence file, and to register for the FB forums, all worked fine.

But my problem now is that as well as a perfectly good licence/registration under my gmail address, I also have a paid but unactivated licence with my iinet.net.au email address, which I cannot access and would like refunded.

Do I need to send a PM with further details to get this done?
