Selecting a source for file name just sits there

I finally broke down and paid for this and now it's causing an error!

I can drag the files onto the FB panel, but when I select a source for the actual file names to be looked up, it just sits there. No activation wheel on the right hand panel, nothing.

I've tried all of the available sources and none work.

This worked until I purchased, and downloaded the new version.

What a disappointment.

So to use proper FB terminology, the fetch data does nothing.
