Anyone having trouble with movies today?

Post by boe »

My TV renaming is still working but neither movie database seems to resolve movies today. I tested with movies it worked with before to verify. I also tested on another machine.

Can you provide logs or error messages?

 Everything works as far as I can tell, for me, from my location, at least.

I would be happy to do so. In order to try to troubleshoot the issue I uninstalled the program. I reinstalled and the error log is completely empty. It still processes tv shows fine. When I put in any movie it tries to match it with a TV series. I created a new preset in case that was the issue - it still tries to match it to a series.

Screenshots?

Did you perhaps select Series Mode even though you want to match movie files?

Thanks

It is possible. This is the 1989 movie Glory. It doesn't matter if I load Casino Royale, Airplane!, Catch Me If You Can, Gods of Egypt or any other movie - it wants the series.

Code: Select all

{n.sortName('$2, $1')} - {y} ({vf}, {audio[0].with{ allOf{Format}{FormatProfile}.join('-').slash('.') }} {channels}, {certification}, {minutes} minutes)

I see. There's two TheMovieDB options. One for series. One for movies. You'll want to select the latter.
