Simple copy via command line when a uTorrent is finished?

Post by BlueSmoke »

Sorry, I am baffled with all the options. I wish I was savvy enough to understand all the possibilities.

I am looking to copy the folder and all its contents to a different PC on the same network, regardless of file type.

My download directory is c:\DL (on \\DownPC).

I want to copy anything that is finished to c:\Final (on \\MyPC).

Both locations are shared folders with full privileges and the share name = folder name (ie \\MyPC\Final and \\DownPC\DL)

Thanks in advance.

Looks like I need a license. I was hopeful it would have a trial period but clearly you work your butt off supporting this thing. I wouldn't give it away either.

Seems to work based on the log, aside from me needing a license.

Thanks for the help! Maybe my OCD will let me sleep now.

You can run with --action TEST for testing. So you can tell if it would have worked, based on the log, even before installing a license.

Well worth the $6 for (as I view it) a year trial. I'll buy forever if I hit the 1 year mark and still use it.

Thanks again.

Where is the actual script located in win10? This part of the command line: filebot -script fn:amc

Found my own answer: Calling -script fn:amc means that it will automatically fetch the script from GitHub so it will auto-update but you won't be able to modify it.
