Unable to activate key

Hi,

I purchased a license key for a year via the app, first time I was able to activate it but for some reason the app request the key again.
So whenever I try to insert it via clipboard I get the following:

KEY (here is my real key normally)

It also sends me to the FAQ page and it says on the page: Please select the entire text in the grey text area under License Key (including BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE at the very top and END PGP SIGNATURE at the very bottom).

the problem is I don't have a begin PGP or END PGP the mail I got is just a key.

Any idea how to fix this? Thnx.

If copy & paste is giving you trouble, then you could try double-clicking the license file.

That's what if been reading, but I didn't get a license key file, neither did I get a BEGIN or END PGP SIGNED MESSAGE.. So I'm not sure what to do else. I'm on windows.
