Hi,

I love filebot but one thing that would make it even better is the possibility to prioritize when running the duplicate script. For example if I want Resolution highest (which is now) and then video codec? Or is there a easy way to do that some other way with filebot?

No, but you can fork the duplicate script and write your own quality comparator logic:
