File extension disappeared

Well I just downloaded and installed version 3.8, I then loaded Stargate SG-1 and used the Show Name-S01E01-Title for the renaming... Now I have all 100+ with no file extension names at all. So now when I load the files into Filebot it can't find any show information on them because they aren't searchable by ThTVDB because they have no file extension to them.
