Lost Key

I purchased the lifetime filebot license last year. My computer crashed and along with it all my emails. How do I go about requesting a re-issue of the key?

Please PM me name + email address of the original purchase. If you do not know your name / email address
(of the purchase) then you can contact Paddle using your payment details so they can look up your order.

There are no matches for your name or any of your email addresses. Please contact Paddle so they can look up your order via your payment details.

If you have purchased FileBot via the Windows Store or Mac App Store, then you don't have a key, as your purchase is stored in your account, so you just need to log-in with your account to re-install from the Store.
