Just wanted to know if FileBot can detect

untouche
remux

and handle each file to according subfolders?

Yes, based on MediaInfo bindings such as {vc} and {vf} and friends:

Yes, but... How do you know if a given file is untouche or remux or both? Based on what information would you make that decision? FileBot can do it, but the conditional logic has to come from you.
