FileBot

I had the Mac App Store version and separate Subtitles and after the update, renaming stopped working and subtitles stopped loading. I figured maybe it was an issue with the MAS version so I bought the license for the standalone version (I don't mind buying twice as I use this app daily and it has changed my media storage completely).

Even after registering the standalone, I still seem to have the same problems. When trying to rename files it just hangs and never matches and when trying to add subs it does the same.

Sorry, I got nothing. Any errors in the logs? Perhaps screenshots can help illustrate the issue?


Does "hang" perhaps refer to "the busy icon keeps spinning for a few minutes and then I get an error" maybe? In that case I'd guess network issue. If all databases are affected, then probably network issue on your end.

So it seems after restarting, the renaming seems to be working again.

The subtitles just seems to not be able to find anything no matter what files I put in. I tried pulling the log after and it was just blank.

I'm running on a Mac, not Windows 10.
