The App used to work very well but since a week ago, the app doesn't open.
I mean it opens but I cant see it and when I put my mouse on the icon (on the task bar) it's white.

I can't close the app (even with task manager) and when i click on it nothing happens...
I there a way i can fix it ?
thank you in advance
edit : I've already tried to uninstall and reinstallthe app

How did you install FileBot?
How are you launching FileBot?
Have you tried launching FileBot from CMD so you can see console output?

I'm on windows 10, I installed it via the "FileBot_4.9.1_x64.msi" from your website.
I've tried lunching it via "filebot.exe" (C:/programmes/FileBot) via "filebot (console)" and via the CMD, same outcome.
When I lunch it via "Filebot (console)" the console is completely empty.

No idea. You could try an older version, but I don't think that'll make a difference.
EDIT:
You could try running
filebot -clear-prefs once. That'll reset all user data. Might make a difference. Probably won't though.

Ok so I remembered that I downloaded a small java software a few days ago.
Back then I noticed that it changed/replaced some java files so I uninstall/reinstall java and it worked
Both FileBot and the software are working great now so everything's good !!
Thanks for the help and congratulations for making this wonderful software !

FileBot has its own embedded runtime, so that shouldn't matter. However, FileBot does pick up certain environment variables and system settings that can be used to configure, or misconfigure, advanced runtime settings.
