"vf" and "ac" not in Portable-version?

Hey everyone,

if I am renaming my files with the 3.8 portable version, it is not using the "vf" and "ac" expressions. However, if I start the installed version and use the same code I have used with the portable version, it is working perfectly well.

Is this normal, can I do something about that?

Thanks for your awesome program! I love it!

Greetings

You just need to add the native libraries for your platform. The portable packages only contains the platform-independent parts. Extras like mediainfo, 7zip, fpcalc etc you have to download the binaries for your platform/architecture and put it into the filebot folder or the system library path.

Thank you for your quick answer. I am a real programming newbie. WOuld you might explain me where I get those binaries you are talking about?

Are they in the installed folder?

There's a download link on the main page. You just have to copy the files somewhere where Java can find them. Usually the same folder as the jar/exe should be fine.
