FileBot

I am using Windows 10 and recently updated Filebot. Now app appears to open but i cant see the GUI screen. I have tried rolling back to previous versions but nothing seems to work. i dont want to uninstall as i have spent many hours building custom formats for TV shows, movies docos etc. Can i find and save these? im not sure if this is a windows 10 issues as Filebot was previously working, Java may have also updated recently? i have seen similar issues and fix suggested turning off direct 3d using Java swing but i have no idea how to do that. Can anyone help?

Perhaps Windows is displaying the FileBot window off-screen due to a multi-monitor setup?

I am experiencing the same error. I have uninstalled/reinstalled the latest version of FileBot multiple times. Below is my output of the sysinfo script, and the empty FileBot console. The 2nd open filebot window is the GUI[opened auto by FileBot (Console)], which just shows a white or black window in the hover preview and nothing when actually clicked. I am only on my laptop so no monitor issues here.

What does filebot -script fn:preferences say? filebot -clear-prefs might do the trick:

filebot -clear-prefs cleared it right up. Thank you for the quick reply!

filebot -script fn:preferences might have been interesting to see the values that -clear-prefs has now cleared.
