Episodes out of order

My wife asked for Little House on the Prairie.
I have the files and the listing of Airdate on TVDB lists S01E01 as the first episode with a show Title, yet when Filebot pulls the season it lists the Pilot as S01E01 which is listed as a Special on TVDB??
Love Filebot, and have been using it for many years now, this one is throwing me.

FileBot will list the episode information it will get from TheTVDB. The destination file name depends on what your custom format does with that information. S01E01 is always S01E01, but episode numbers can vary depending on your preferred episode order, in which case different episodes may be designated as S01E01 in different episode orders. Manually matching files to episode data will usually shed light on the issue. Please read

Filebot is not listing the episodes from theTVDB, that's the problem, just not sure why.

I don't know what's going on. It was wrong when I checked it. Now I refreshed the page and it lists the pilot as Episode 1.
