FileBot

I have several presets and before I upgraded to the newest version I could quickly use them or switch between them depending on the content and the desired renaming types I wanted by pressing 1-9 about the usual qwertyuiop row on my keyboard but below the F keys (F1, F2, etc...).
I don't think this was an intentional change until I missed it in the change log.

You can manually assign keyboard shortcuts foreach each preset now:

Oh, okay. I didn't know that. Thank you, I guess I wasn't expecting them to stop working, sorry to bother.

No worries. You can now modify the name and order now, so automatically assigning Presets based on sort order is somewhat unfeasible now.
