FileBot Creating Wrong Season/Episode Numbers

I have been using Filebot for a few weeks now and it was flawless, until the other day when it started spitting out strange Season/Episode Numbers. Not sure what happened I have changed nothing in it.

Episode Order to
Date & Title. Please change it back to
Airdate or
DVD if your files use SxE numbers.
