I get this Command Prompt each I load the program.

What does it mean? Is it an error? Do I need to upgrade/update?

You are using are using the FileBot (Console) launcher. Please use the FileBot launcher instead. Search "filebot" in the Start menu to find the appropriate launcher for your needs.

FileBot 4.9.3 is currently the latest stable release:

If a newer version is available, then FileBot will ask you to update once in a while.
