Matching right episode, wrong title

FileBot is matching QI XL s13e03 to the correct episode number, but the title of s04.

The TVDB shows the title correctly so why might this be happening?

[Edit: s04 was a typo - should have been e04]

You can use the Episodes panel to see what FileBot sees:

Code: Select all

...
QI XL - 13x01 - Medley of Maladies
QI XL - 13x02 - Military Matters
QI XL - 13x03 - M-Places
QI XL - 13x04 - Miscellany
QI XL - 13x05 - Maths
...

:?: Are these the episode titles for Season 13 you expect?

:!: QI XL does not have a Season 4, so I'm unable to compare titles of Season 4 and Season 13.

Sorry, any reference to season 4 was my mistake. I meant episode 4.

Filebot sees it different to you...

The episode panels shows as follows (3 and 4 are swapped):

Code: Select all

QI XL - 13x01 - Medley of Maladies
QI XL - 13x02 - Military Matters
QI XL - 13x03 - Miscellany
QI XL - 13x04 - M-Places
QI XL - 13x05 - Maths
I have a snapshot which I am happy to upload, but not sure how.

[edit: incorporated separate post and clarified Filebot seeing the episodes differently]

I guess someone fixed it recently. Please clear the cache and then try again:

Alternatively, using a different database might also do the trick.

Hi,

Clearing the cache made no difference.

You may need to do it in this order:
1. Search "QI XL" in Episodes with TheTVDB to activate related caches
2. Press CTRL+SHIFT+DEL (clear active caches only)
3. Search "QI XL" in Episodes with TheTVDB again to see if you get different results
