It's happened before, and this time I can't even find the correct show on this list:

Anything I should do when this happens to make it work?

FileBot is very bad at matching series titles that don't yet exist in the database, and newly added shows are particularly prone to misinformation or missing information:

e.g.
* Query "Sex Life" ➔ FOUND
* Query "Sex and Life" ➔ NOT FOUND (might be be found in the future once someone adds the corresponding alias)


Please read FAQ #2 for details on how to enter the series name / search query manually instead of relying on auto-detection which may sometimes not work well.


Press Skip if the correct option is not listed. Depending on the situation, FileBot will ask you to enter the series name / search query manually.
