I have a problem where most of the bindings in the list appear to be undefined and grayed out. I wish to use the vf or resolution binding. any ideas on how to fix this?

You haven't set a sample file that will be used for testing when using file-based bindings.

Even if you get warnings in the editor it'll work with the real matches if you ignore the warnings and go on to use the format.

I tried your recommendation and it didn't seem to work. I have uploaded a screen shot of the error message that shows up .

I'm pretty sure it saying 'undefined' there is normal. Try including {vf} in your naming scheme, have it actually try and calculate the names for a few files - and see if it properly includes it
