Bad License Key: truncated subpacket data

Cant activate license, on neither machine on my LAN

When I try to paste in the license or select the file itself I get this error:

Network Error: truncated subpacket data.


I have tried on both my win11 PCs

What does the log say? Please PM me a copy of the license key you are pasting. Please read How to Request Help for details.



2.
If copy & paste is giving you trouble, then you can try to double-click your license file instead:

Where did you copy and paste your key from? It's a license key alright, but with all the : and / characters removed. You can use the license file instead of copy & paste of your email client somehow mangles plain text.


You will have received your license key twice. Once from Paddle as plain text. Once from FileBot as file. If one is giving you trouble, then you can always try the other.

just my email account I think, think I just copied the text from there and pasted it into a .txt file to use :roll:

Strange. Best to use the Gmail web interface.
