Items are grey

Items show up grey in the "Original Files" area. Not letting me rename. I'm sure I'm missing a simple step. Any idea what might be wrong?

The grey files are generally referring to file formats that FileBot ignores.
What types of files are you seeing showing up as grey?
Can you also please show us a screen shot as well (easiest to use would be snag.gy).
