Ignore system path

Havent used filebot in a few months.
Just renewed my license and took her for a spin.
Got the following message:
These settings are valid for a few years already, but suddenly nothing happens to all my files in the TMP folder.
I delete the .excludes file but this was not the problem.
I reset all the rights of the share (jave and filebot has full control).
What can I do to fix this?
