I bought a lifetime license back in 2019 , i had to reinstall windows and now the license file says it expired in 2020?? how can that be?

I had to reinstall windows last week and that's when i got the error , not sure if that is the issue

P7814499 is a 1 year license purchased on 2019-05-03 20:23:03 and has thus expired years ago. If you have been using FileBot until recently, then you were not using this license.


You may have multiple purchases in your mailbox. Make sure to pick the most recent purchase. You are likely looking for the life-time license PX15208430 purchased on 2020-06-07 22:12:05.
