Music files are being duplicated when attempting to rename

I have a folder with one album and no duplicated files, but when I do Match > Smart Mode: Automatic, I get what is pictured in the screenshot:
Using Match > Music Mode: ID3 Tags seems to work as expected, with no strange duplications.
