Hi,

All my sub downloads from opensubtitles.org fails with "Not in GZIP format" error. They look to be matched correctly. I have a account in opensubtitles and have entered it via filebot -script fn:osdb.login.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

You can view your stats and quotas with the osdb.stats script: Just because you're logged in doesn't mean you can download infinitely. Normal accounts have still a pretty low limit, and even VIP accounts are limited (though the limits are rather high).

I ran the check but I don't seem to have used my quota:

global_24h_download_limit = 200
client_24h_download_count = 0
client_download_quota = 200
user_id = xxxxxxx
client_24h_download_limit = 200

Then it might just be a temporary issue. Just wait a few days and see if it keeps happening. If it does I will need the complete output logs.

Looks like I'm interpreting the output wrong coz when I tried downloading manually is says my IP has reach the download limit. Sorry to have bothered you bud.

No that was not it after all. When I logon to opensubtitles then download works. If I run the stats command after the manual download it reflects that I've downloaded a sub. Tried reentering my login information and running filebot - still same result.

If it does I will need the complete output logs.

It has to have something with limits on OSDB. When I tried today everything went though ok. So I guess your first response to wait was the thing to do. Thank you!
