Novice in FileBot need help to set the Naming Scheme

I read all topics and don´t found the format I like,
Name " " Season " " Episode " " WEB-DL " " Resolution - Episode Title

It's got all the components you need. Just need modify it a bit.

Thanks for your help, I´m not a programmer just a collectionist of series and movies, I found today this program which is a real helpful tool.
