The people who would like such reminders, probably don't feel strongly about it. The people who would hate such reminders, probably feel rather strongly about it. You can always create a reminder in your calendar if needed.
That said, FileBot will start reminding you that your license is about to expire if you have <3 days left until the expiration date. We could certainly increase that number if a presumed (can't ask everyone) majority of users want to start getting reminders earlier.
