Bad license key

Attempting to renew my license. Paid and at first didnt receive a key. went to the paddle site and asked for it to be resent and then it came into my email. I copied the information and, as the video showed, opened a file that I was renaming, and clicked rename. It gave 4 options

select license file
renew license
upgrade license
I selected paste license key and then a dark grey band above the app shows

Bad License Key: Filebot License P5054787 has EXPIRED on 2024-06-17
What can I do to get this to go through, also, I just recieved the email with the code in txt. I didnt receive an email with a file (checked spam as well).

What is the
order number or
email address of your most recent purchase?
(NOTE: P5054787 is not a valid license number; this suggests that you have manually copy-typed an error message; this is not smart; if you see an error message then you can click on the error message to copy & paste the error message)

What does the log say?

How do I activate my license? explains how things work in general. Make sure to copy the license key in its entirety. The human readable section notably is part of the license key:

We were able to locate
Order P50547587 purchased on
2023-06-10 00:22:48 using the
@gmail.com email address you have used to register here in the forums. If you have made a purchase recently, then you have likely used a
different email address.
(NOTE: if you click on Renew License in the FileBot application then the checkout will open with your current and confirmed-working email address pre-filled; but you seem to have manually entered a different email address this year; if you contact Paddle support with the wrong email address, then Paddle staff may be working with the wrong order and may resend the wrong information)
