I've been waiting for a few days now for my license I have sent a couple emails and have gotten a response other than an automated message I feel I've been more than patient I don't know why it would take more than a day at most to send an email with the license or code or whatever it is I need. If it is a problem then I should just be given a refund so that I can give my money to someone else

Which email address did you use during checkout?
(NOTE: there is no purchase for the gmail address that you have used to register here in the forums)

Email delivery after checkout typically takes a few seconds. See
Why did I not receive my license email? if you cannot find
your emails after checkout.
EDIT:
We did search the email delivery logs and found that
FileBot License P66903594 was sent to
justintree81@yahoo.com and is
confirmed delivered at
17.11.2024 03:54 UTC (within ~2 seconds after purchase) so you will find your FileBot license in your
yahoo.com mailbox, possibly in the Spam folder.

I haven't used the Yahoo email in years as it happens that email is mine I will have to try to acces it, I'm certain I don't know the password anymore and we'll try resetting it. When I checked out my computer auto filled everything in like it always does I tried repeating the purchase process to see what the autofill was and the Gmail is what it put in this time also so I'm not sure why you would have seen yahoo. Anyway I'll let you know
