New computer. License Key not working.

Hello!

I am trying to activate FileBot on my new computer, but it's saying my License Key expired. Would you be able to look into this for me?

Let me know what else you would need to know.

:?: What does the error message say? You can copy & paste the error message from the log. See How to Request Help if you need help finding the log.


:?: Which license key are you using? What does the expiration date say?

Thank you for your response. I apologize, I see now that I only purchased the one year option. I thought I got the lifetime. I'm just going to buy the lifetime license, I should be all set now. Thanks!
