Billing Issue

Hi,

I just bought a lifetime license via the FileBot site and while the website said the cc declined, my Cap 1 approved the purchase. I can send a screenshot showing the pending charge but I would rather not do that in an open forum. Can you advise what I can do to verify if you see the charge on your end and how I can safely send the supporting screenshot as evidence of payment?

:arrow: You'll want to talk to contact Paddle (our payment processor) for any payment related issue. We ourselves do not have access to payment information, especially if Paddle has not yet created an order number for your payment / purchase.


EDIT: I've issued a test license for you so you can get started FileBot-ing while you figure things out with our payment processor.

Thanks for the reply. I got it sorted and was able to get the lifetime liscense to go through.
