i updated FileBot and now my script won't work

PLEASE HELP!

I was running a version of FileBot for many years and its worked seamlessly. I run a script in uTorrent to rename and copy my files to their correct organised folders. I do not know what version I was running but today I stupidly clicked the Update button to update to 5.1.6 and now my script comes back with issues and it's not filing it correctly (see below). I freaked out and tried installing an older version 4.7.9 and that came back saying that it couldn't find the TV show (it worked perfectly last week for that TV show) then continued freaking out and installed an older one 4.6.1 and that says the cache doesnt match. I've tried everything i can think of and i cant find what version i was using previously.

Can anyone tell me why 5.1.6 pooped my script? or what i version i can go back to that works with my script?

[my script]

Shell: Select all

cmd /c START /MIN cmd /c filebot -script fn:amc --output "D:/" --action copy --conflict skip -non-strict --log-file amc.log --def unsorted=y music=y artwork=y "ut_label=%L" "ut_state=%S" "ut_title=%N" "ut_kind=%K" "ut_file=%F" "ut_dir=%D" --def clean=y

[output of running the script in 5.1.6]

 The console output above shows filebot successfully and correctly processing the given file:

Console Output: Select all

...
Parameter: ut_kind = single
Parameter: ut_file = Mythic.Quest.S04E07.1080p.HEVC.x265-MeGusta[EZTVx.to].mkv
Parameter: ut_dir = C:\Users\OEM\Downloads\DownloadsComplete
...
[COPY] from [C:\Users\OEM\Downloads\DownloadsComplete\Mythic.Quest.S04E07.1080p.HEVC.x265-MeGusta[EZTVx.to].mkv] to [D:\TV Shows\Mythic Quest {tmdb-94951}\Season 04\Mythic Quest - S04E07 - The Room Where It Happens.mkv]
...

:?: What exactly is not working? Perhaps you could point out a specific line in the log that shows filebot not doing what you want it to do?

Hi, sorry. Previous versions wouldn't have the {tmdb-94951} part. My folders are just 'Mythic Quest' not 'Mythic Quest {tmdb-94951}

Code: Select all

[D:\TV Shows\Mythic Quest {tmdb-94951}\Season 04\Mythic Quest - S04E07 - The Room Where It Happens.mkv]

 [PSA] Important Discussion of Changes effective as of 28 Apr 2023

 The default format has been changed from {plex} to {plex.id} some years ago. That said, you can always explicitly specify what you want instead of relying on the default format.

 If you are organising files for Plex then you will want the {tmdb-94951} part. If you are organising files for yourself, then you can use whichever naming scheme works best for you.

Thank you. So to get it back to how it was naming things before, i need to add

Shell: Select all

--def movieFormat="{plex}" seriesFormat="{plex}" animeFormat="{plex}" --def movieDB=TheMovieDB seriesDB=TheTVDB animeDB=AniDB
Is there somewhere specific i need to add this in my script?

[example] is this ok?

Shell: Select all

cmd /c START /MIN cmd /c filebot -script fn:amc --output "D:/" --action copy --conflict skip -non-strict --log-file amc.log --def movieFormat="{plex}" seriesFormat="{plex}" animeFormat="{plex}" --def movieDB=TheMovieDB seriesDB=TheTVDB animeDB=AniDB unsorted=y music=y artwork=y "ut_label=%L" "ut_state=%S" "ut_title=%N" "ut_kind=%K" "ut_file=%F" "ut_dir=%D" --def clean=y

Looks good at a glance. Do a test run. Check the console output. Paste the console output here if it doesn't do what you want it to do.
