Tried renewing

Paypal is rejecting payment to filebot..this never happen before

You'll have to contact Paddle (our payment processor) since we ourselves - by design - are not involved in the payment process at all and have no access to payment information. PayPal support may also be helpful. Alternatively, you could try a different payment method instead.

There are no options on paddle website that addresses my issue..I spoke with Paypal they said the receiver not accepting my payment

You could try sending them a message. My best guess would be a false positive on their Paddle-side fraud detection that blocks transactions ahead of time before they're forcefully reverted by PayPal (which would incur a significant fee Paddle or otherwise cause PayPal to more likely block things from their end). A false positive can happen for any number of reasons so there's no way for us to know.

I'd try a different payment method.
