With a show such as https://www.thetvdb.com/series/dexters- ... ry#seasons there is an order called "Joined Order" which is refered to as an Alternate Order. Is there any way to get FileBot to use these orders?

 You'll want to use the Episodes tool (as opposed to the TheTVDB website) to check each Episode Order for the series at hand to see if one of them matches what you wan:

That did work in that instance, however, I now have an example where it doesn't.

If you look at "Batman: The Animated Series" on TVDB, there is an "Alternate DVD Order" listed under BluRay.

None of the options in FileBot matches this order.

Alternate DVD Order currently cannot be retrieved via the TheTVDB API due to the API being broken in this regard. Please click on the GitHub issue above for details. Hopefully they will fix this at some point in the future. I recommend using TheMovieDB instead of TheTVDB if possible at all.
