Newbie with a Synology server. PLEASE HELP! (Access Denied due to Permissions)

Hi! I finally got my server setup with qbittorrent to download files directly to this file path: volume1/data/torrents/completed
I use Plex and my media server files are setup like this:
I was excited to finally get FileBot up and running but nothing I do seems to work. first off, It only gives you an option to select one output path. Logic says you show be able to send the different media types once they are detected to the correct folders but that's not the case. additionally Filebot insists on creating a "movies" folder inside whichever output folder I choose. There's zero reason why it should be doing that.
Finally, it refuses to complete any task I give it. I either get "error code 3" or "failed' every time. I've set all the permissions correctly but it makes no difference. I've spent hours looking through forum topics and there doesn't seem to be any information on how to simply move movies to my "MOVIES" folder and tv show episodes to my "TV SHOWS" folder, let alone complete the one simple task it was made to do: MOVE AND RENAME MY MEDIA FILES. It really shouldn't be this difficult. PLEASE HELP!

What does the console output say? Can you copy & paste the console output

I strongly recommend reading the console output when something does not work, or at least copy & pasting it into ChatGPT to summarize. Permissions can be tricky, that's why we say "it's always permissions" here in the forums.
If you set permissions on the share then those should apply to the entire share by default. I could imagine that if you already have overriding permissions in subfolders, then something could go awry that way. But I don't know. You'd have to look at the permissions before / after you made it work and see. That said, if setting read/write permission on the share doesn't work, then I recommend reporting the problem to Synology technical support. A top-level setting like this definitely does not / should not apply to to just that one share folder but of course the entire share.
