FileBot not changing case on rename

FileBot doesn't seem to want to change the case for show titles when i rename. After i have chosen to match everything appears correctly on the right-side pane, and when i click rename it says all the files were renamed, but all it has done is change the format, the cases is exactly the same it was before.

Example, what i see in FileBot is this (Left Side -> Right Side):

- Made Up Title For Example - Made up Title for Example

As you can see the case has changed for the words 'up' and 'for' on the right side, but when i click rename it doesn't actually make that change even though it says all files were renamed.

It does however change the case of s##e## to S##E## ... which brings me to another question, is there anyway to keep the s##e## in lowercase?

Any help will be greatly appreciated, thanks!

I'm running Windows 8.1 64bit, using FileBot v4.2. I've included 2 screenshots, the first is the FileBot window before i press 'Rename' you'll see that on the right-side the case has been corrected, the second is a snip of my folder showing the file names of the files after i have renamed them via FileBot. http://imgur.com/a/F1IAY#c9aUqGd

You need to use Java 8
