Hi,
I'm getting this error for two days:
Search by name failed: 666 Contact opensubtitles.org admin
It was working flawlessly for about a week. Any help? Thanks.

I get the same error. Gonna check with opensubtitles.org admin. Probably just down temporarily.
EDIT: hash-lookup seems to work though, so it's not too bad

It looks like there's a number of users that use FileBot to heavily abuse the OpenSubtitles API. So Search-By-Name functionality is currently blocked.
I'm looking for a solution with oss from OpenSubtitles.

It doesn't make sense. Opensubtitles have quota for every user or IP. They should have blocked those individual users, not the filebot.
