hello everyone,

Running a MacPro with OSX Yosemite
8gb mem
Mybook live Duo 6tb

Did a reinstall of my mac. I installed the latest version of Filebot.
After dragging files, I click Match then select theTVDB.
As soon as I click I get the message "folder permissions required"
Let me be clear, I have permissions on my NAS so I don't know whats going wrong.
The window that opens up gives me an option to "Drop 'em to Unlock 'em" But that does not work.
Can anyone help me out?
this is the first time I had this problem.

What's your format?

Destination paths?

Screenshots?

The issue is that the app sandbox is not giving filebot write permission to the target folder. Either because it won't or because it can't.

I only know there's a folder called "Downloads" involved. Is this "Downloads" folder the folder where files currently are? Where files should be moved to? Or both? When does the permissions dialog show up? When clicking Rename? When clicking data source? What's the full path of "Downloads"?

What format are you using?

Are you trying to access the Downloads folder of another user's home?

Please send Screenshot of the FileBot UI (where the rename button is) just before you hit rename (so i can see source and destination paths).

I don't know. I guess your Windows permissions are screwed up somewhere.

You could try starting FileBot via FileBot (platform) shortcut and see if that makes a difference:
