How can I automate my sorting

Hey,
i´m using FileBot to sort everything but now i want to automate it. But i don´t now how to do that.
I want that Filebot remove´s Sample´s, NFO´s and empty Folders. If that is happened i want it to sort,
download Metadata and Fanarts. I want the same for movies but for movies i want Subtitles too. Everything
should work with XBMC.
