Synology SynoIndexd Service

Hi everybody,
I've always had a problem between Filebot movements of files and index on my Synology 213j NAS .
Now I got a question to all: I found this explanation
The Synology's synoindexd service will only index files if those have been copied to the media
# directory via FTP, SMB, AFP. If you move or copy media files via Telnet/SSH, the indexer is not
# aware of those, and you would have to manually reindex (which is time-consuming).
Is it possible to add an instructions to my rename\move script to exec the file that make the index ?
This is the link I found

Thank you all, this can be very usefull to many Filebot users !!!
