faulty installation on Synology NAS

Hi

This is my very first post, so let me say thanks for developing such a good and useful tool.

I introduce my problem.
Following an hard drive crash, I had to set-up again my syno NAS (it is a DS214play).
I installed also a fresh copy of filebot (last v.4.5.6), but now I can't find anymore the executable file (previously I had a filebot in the /usr/bin/syno directory).

Lunching a find for filbot brings these results:

/volume2/@tmp/pkglist.tmp/icon/INST/filebot
/volume2/@tmp/pkglist.tmp/icon/AVAIL/OTHER/filebot
/volume2/@tmp/@synopkg/@download/filebot
/volume2/@appstore/filebot
/usr/syno/etc/packages/filebot
/var/packages/filebot

I tried to uninstall/re-install several times, some reboots and few punches but nothing solved the issue.

Is there something wrong with the new package or am I missing something?

Many thanks

Synology DSM seems to reset the /bin folders with each update. You could try putting a symlink into /usr/local/bin and see if that survives an update.
