super noobie guide?

I am super computer illiterate and just got a synology NAS. I need to learn how to make a "script" to automatically watch a tv folder and search a movie folder and when a movie or tv show is added it moves it to its correct location.
actually it doesn't need to be automatic if there is some script i can click to start to run so my family can just do that instead of always asking me to rename via my desktop filebot client.
At the moment i just installed filebot and java on my nas but now im stuck, i have tried reading but none tell me how to actually create a script just give me the script code.
I am happy to donate if i can get this to work as this is a fantastic program
