Incorrect Series Identification

I am running FileBot 4.5.6 (r2818) on my MacMini running OS X Yosemite. I am running filebot via command line using the following command:
filebot --output /Volumes/TVs --format "{n}/Season {s.pad(2)}/{n} - {s00e00} - {t}" -non-strict --db "TheTVDB" -rename
I recently started downloading CSI: Cyber, when I run this command on a new episode usually named:
CSI.Cyber.S01EXX...mkv
It incorrectly renames the files to CSI Crime Scene Investigation. In my logs it shows that the Auto-detect query identifies CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, CSI Cyber, Cyber. However, when FileBot does the rename it chooses the wrong series.
Is there a way to force FileBot to choose CSI Cyber over CSI Crime Scene Investigation from the terminal? Or a setting in the main program to do the same?

The original filename is: CSI.Cyber.S01E01.HDTV.x264-PMP.mp4

You can also add your own --filter rules as well though to fix this on your side, e.g. to exclude CSI or to include only recently aired episodes. Please see
Advanced Fine-Tuning section for more information.

I ran into another series that is having problems being matched.

Auto-detected query: [Scream, Scream The TV Series, The TV Series]
Fetching episode data for [Scream]
Fetching episode data for [Scream Extreme]
Fetching episode data for [Scream Queens (2015)]
Fetching episode data for [Scream If You Know The Answer (US)]
Fetching episode data for [The UP Series]
[MOVE] Rename [/Users/Server/Finished/Processing/Scream.The.TV.Series.S01E01.720p.HDTV.x264-KILLERS/Scream.The.TV.Series.S01E01.720p.HDTV.x264-KILLERS.mkv] to [/Volumes/TV2/The UP Series/Season 01/The UP Series - S01E01 - Seven Up!.mkv]
Processed 1 files
Done ヾ(@⌒ー⌒@)ノ
Original Filename:
Scream.The.TV.Series.S01E01.720p.HDTV.x264-KILLERS.mkv
Should Match to Scream, but matches to UP Series.
