Here is what i'm getting on console:






I'm sorry but i really didnt knew how to copy paste the logs because when i had done the regular ctrl+c it would close the console window =p

Anyways, how can i fix it? any reason why this is happening? i can access tvdb via browser w/o problems.

Look at the URL. It's TheTVDB that's sending back malformed XML. The ID of the show is 82431. Please report the issue in the TheTVDB forums.

You could remove the characters that are not processed correctly on TheTVDB side. I suppose there's some special characters in the series description, and then somebody is generating xml using very bad programming practices outputting malformed xml.

I guess they're not escaping ' so you could remove the ' from the description.

Problem is the series i'm trying to scrap info is this:

It works for me. Looks like it's fixed. You may need to clear the cache to get the new results immediately.

Nope, new problem:
Now it doesnt find anyhow the "Esquadrão especial Winspector" tv show,instead it is finding Inspector show, that one based on pink panther or something... is there a way to make filebot find a show using the tvdb ID of it? like shift clicking and then inputting 258162 or 258162&lid=26 would totally work for me. but seems filebot is not finding the "ã" character somehow.

Works fine if you set Preferences -> Language to Portuguese.

Looks like TheTVDB API is not searching Portuguese names when language is set to English.

It doesnt work even after setting language as portuguese. It still gives me Inspector tv show:

After setting Portuguese you still might have to SHIFT-CLICK force "Esquadrão especial Winspector".

My bad, it worked now! Weird thing it still need to get by the entire name and not by winspector only.
