FileBot

Hi all, I have tried to open FiileBot today, to find it will not start the user interface correctly.
Attached is screenshot of what appears, I can see a window in my window preview but It will not let me maximise the window.
I have tried launching the other executables in the program files folder for the is application however it does not appear to make any difference.
I am currently using the latest version of Java.
Any ideas as to how I can fix this? I have tried to uninstall the software however upon re-install the issue still persists.


Edit: running windows server 2012 R2 64bit, 16GB RAM.

So you've tried filebot.launcher.platform.exe then?

So when you use filebot.exe and it'll start with a console, are there any error messages?

Are you using Remote Desktop?

I have exactly the same trouble, running on a local Windows 8.
The program seems to be open (the preview in the windows taskbar look good), there is no error in the console with Filebot.exe, but the window is unreachable.

I've tried uninstall/update both filebot and java, with no success.

I'm out of ideas

I rollback to a previous version (4.5.6 portable) and it works fine. (I tried the last version portable, but the filebot windows is still not visible).

Maybe it's a problem with the windows position (visible but out of the screen). If this is possible, maybe a position reset at the start of filebot or in a config file could resolve this behavior.

It was hard to live without Filebot.

There's probably some Windows keyboard shortcut as well to make a window come back to the visible screen bounds.
